The Town Administrator will form an Information Technology Advisory Committee from time to time to advise on Information Technology related topics.
Topics may include:
- Information Technology Strategic Plan
- Recommendations on hardware, software, and equipment needs
- Provide and update information for the town’s budget process to include long-term planning tools and capital improvement plans
