The Select Board's Complaint Form

  1. This Complaint Form will be filed with the Chair of the Select Board. If you'd prefer to make the complaint to the Town Administrator, use one of these forms

    Your complaint may be relevant to a State Agency. In many cases you may file a complaint directly with the Agency if you'd prefer. Visit mass.gov for more information. Common Agencies are: The Office of the Inspector General Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Hotline, File a Complaint with the State Ethics Commission, and the webpages for the Open Meeting Law and Office of the Attorney General

    What to expect after filing your complaint:

    1.) Your complaint will be acknowledged in writing, including an estimated timeline for resolution.

    2.) If applicable, your complaint will be thoroughly investigated, which may involve additional consultation with outside parties. If an investigation is not conducted, you will be notified in writing with an explanation.

    3.) You will receive a written response outlining the outcome of your complaint, any necessary next steps, and the closure of the complaint process.
