Reserve Town Meeting Spaces (Facilities)

The Wellness Room is designed for individual needs. It is suitable for nursing parents, private calls, or small (2-4 people) meetings. The public is welcome to use the room during visits to Town Hall, as needed, but should be advised the room may be in use or reserved. 

Town Departments, Boards and Committees, and other government entities may request rooms for open meetings through the Town Clerk's office (townclerk@carlislema.gov) and for other events through the Administrative Office by contacting Gretchen Gallimore (ggallimore@carlislema.gov)

Non-Town groups, local non-profit groups and organizations, must submit an "External Request" form. The request will be reviewed by the Administrative Office. Contact Gretchen Gallimore with any questions.
