Town Departments, Boards and Committees, and other government entities may request rooms for open meetings through the Town Clerk's office (townclerk@carlislema.gov) and for other events through the Administrative Office by contacting Gretchen Gallimore (ggallimore@carlislema.gov)
Non-Town groups, local non-profit groups and organizations, must submit an "External Request" form. The request will be reviewed by the Administrative Office. Contact Gretchen Gallimore with any questions.
