Registration Information
Register for programs in person or online.
Payments made by credit card or check. Please make checks payable to “Town of Carlisle”.
Mail to: Carlisle Recreation Department, 97 School St., Carlisle, MA 01741.
Registrations can also be left in the Recreation mailbox located outside in front of the Brick Building, 97 School Street, Carlisle.
Classes must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Registration will be on a first come, first served basis.
Refunds & Cancellations
The Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment with a full refund. Full refunds may be requested up to two weeks before the course or program begins with a $25 processing fee. Thereafter, cancellations receive a 50% refund before the start of the program. There are no refunds thereafter.
If the school is closed due to bad weather, after-school recreation classes will also be cancelled. Every attempt will be made to reschedule.
If afternoon classes are cancelled for any reason, an announcement will be made at school, and an email/text will be sent to the email/phone number listed on individual accounts. *Students will be dismissed according to their “regular” dismissal plan. However, IF you need to change this “regular” dismissal plan, parent should contact the CPS main office at 978-369-6550.
General Information
Children should be picked up on time after all activities. Late fees will be assessed.
Late fees will be charged as follows:
- less than 10 minutes late: No fee
- 10 to 15 minutes late: $15
- 20 to 30 minutes late: $25
Scholarships/Financial Aid
Recreation Program scholarships may be available upon request based on need.
