Human Resources is responsible for job postings, hiring, employee orientation, benefits, collective bargaining issues and contracts, making adjustments to the Classification and Salary Plans, and addressing grievances. Department consists of Assistant Town Administrator/HR Director and Benefits Administrator.

Benefits are provided to permanent employees who regularly work 20 or more hours per week. Please refer to the Personnel Policies for more information.

Blue Cross Blue Shield website's membercentral web portal is the place to find information about your health plan, heath care providers, medical information, and much more. You must create a user name and password if you have not already done so to access all the available content.
