We need your help!
Officials are continuing to refine the Town’s long-term capital plan and road infrastructure are one of the most important pieces of the puzzle. With limited resources available and many roads in need of repair, the Select Board is looking to gather data to improve their road repair program.
You can help the Select Board by participating in the Road Maintenance Hearing scheduled for their meeting on Tuesday, June 25th. This informal but important hearing is a chance for residents to advocate for their road projects and share details with the Board. There are several ways to participate:
- Send your comments in advance. You can email your thoughts directly to Ryan McLane, Town Administrator at rmclane@carlislema.gov to present during the meeting. Ryan has assembled comments and complaints from the last year and will make sure the Board sees this data for their decision making.
- Come to the meeting and share your story! In person advocacy allows the Select Board to interact with residents and gain new knowledge.
- Virtually attend the meeting. The Select Board will review written comments and interact with both in person and virtual attendees.
