Effective July 15, 2022, the emergency provisions that allow for remote and hybrid meetings as permitted by the State Legislature expire. While there are efforts in place by both the House and Senate to extend the emergency provisions, the House and Senate versions of the extension are very different and will require a Conference Committee to work out. While the public can still watch meetings via Zoom, Committee members cannot participate nor vote on Zoom and can public comments cannot be allowed via Zoom. Read more
The Select Board will send out any updates as to whether the emergency provisions are extended as soon as possible.
