We need your feedback!
The recently formed Carlisle Governance Task Force is seeking the input of the Town to make sure the voice of the Town we love is captured. As a Task Force, we intend to focus on and study Town government operations and efficiency, therefore your feedback is vital. The survey solicits your opinions on several important topics including operations, finance, diversity, etc.
To participate in the survey, please use the link provided below. Additionally, copies of the survey will be available for pickup at Town Hall.
NOTE: All responses need to be submitted by October 31, 2021. If you would like your feedback to remain anonymous, you can: A) complete the online survey without providing your name / contact information; B) request a PDF copy by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org; C) go to Town Hall, fill out a printed copy and deposit it in the adjacent collection box; D) go to Town Hall, pick up a printed copy, fill it out and mail it to the address below.
