Do You Have an Energy Storage System (ESS) or Battery Backup?
The Carlisle Building Department, in collaboration with the Carlisle Fire Department, is compiling a database of all Energy Storage Systems (ESS), also known as battery backups, in the town.
This information will be used by the Fire Department to enhance safety awareness for first responders in the event of an emergency.
