Carlisle Community Preservation Act (CPA) Funding Cycle Now Open
The next cycle of CPA funding is now open and the deadline for submitting an application is 3pm, Friday, January 19, 2024. The Community Preservation Committee (CPC) will review all the applications and work with each applicant to determine if the proposed project meets the criteria for CPA funding. The CPC is responsible for recommending any projects for CPA funding to be considered at the May Annual Town Meeting.
As a reminder, there are 4 broad categories that are eligible under the CPA guidelines: open space, community housing, recreation, and historical preservation.
In the past project applications have often been submitted by a town board or committee, or other organization. However, individuals may also submit applications. Please go to the town website https://www.carlislema.gov/993/FY-2025-CPA-Project-Eligibility-Applicat for more information including the guidelines and the CPA project application.
Applications should be submitted to the Town Administrator, Ryan McLane, in person or electronically at rmclane@carlislema.gov, by 3pm on Friday, January 19, 2024.
