  1. COA - Free Reiki Healing

    May 14, 2019, 1:30 PM - 3:15 PM @ Benfield Farms

Reiki is an energy therapy that originated in Japan and means “universal life energy.” It can help manage stress, reduce pain, ease anxiety and promote relaxation. A Reiki practitioner places her hand along energy pathways of the body (or a few inches away). Patient remains fully clothed and does not have to move, sit or lie in any particular position. Reiki is not intended to be a substitute for the medical expertise and advice of your primary health care provider. Elisabeth Bojarski, a Carlisle resident, is a certified Reiki master and member of the Emerson Hospital Reiki Team. She is delighted to offer a Reiki session to Carlisle seniors (session lasts 10-12 minutes). Please call the COA for an appointment at (978) 371- 2895 for an appointment time between 1:30-3:15pm.
