    Join us at FRS and enjoy the company of your senior friends & neighbors. This meal is run by our wonderful team of COA Volunteers. Menu: pizza, salad, dessert and cold/hot drinks. Suggested senior donation: $3. To register call the COA at (978) 371-2895 by noon on Monday, March 18. Following lunch: Actor Stephen Collins will present “Sailing Toward My Father,” a oneman play written and directed by Carl A. Rossi about Herman Melville, the American author best known for his whaling epic, “Moby-Dick.” The play chronicles Melville’s life from youth to old age, concentrating on his evolution as a writer and his complex relations with God, his parents and siblings. This program is supported in part by a grant from the Carlisle Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.

COA van will be available for the 1st 13 people who request a ride. Van fee is $2. Menu must be selected upon registration: (1) Choice of either veggie black bean chili or soup of the day (chosen upon arrival), (2) pasta & meatballs or sandwich (tuna, chicken salad, BLT, or portobello panini); along with side Caesar or house salad, and (3) a dessert (chosen upon arrival). All meals include coffee & water. The full price is $11, but your cost is only $5 with the COA subsidizing the rest. Parking options: public garage and on street meter parking.

With more than 1,000 icons and related artifacts spanning six centuries, the Museum offers a unique and personalized experience rich with art, history, and culture. The senior entrance fee of $7 due upon registration. Van fee $5 due day of trip. Lunch on your own at the Old Timers Restaurant. The COA will have one van for 12 people.
